The war goes on. If you have not noticed there is a war going on. It has been going on since man first turned a tool into a weapon and used it against another man. It is the war of life for our survival and success in life.
Here I will share my spins on life and strive to express the truth the way I see it, the way I want it. I do not have the moral authority to speak for you. I type these words from Sacramento, California.

Our personal ideas, opinions and perspectives will necessarily be shaped by our existential situation ~our 'here and now' in the context of connected reality. The fat corporate banker overlooking the world through his clean window from the vantage point of a huge skyscraper will not have the same viewpoint as a hungry homeless refugee scrounging around in an alley dumpster on the ground.

In many ways, our collective struggles, our pockets of resistance and our liberation struggles can and should be considered as forms of Spiritual Warfare. Let us pray that as we endeavor to share our personal truths we will arrive at a clearing in the dark forest, share common ground and occupy the same space. Let us work together in harmony to create a better more humane world for all of us, especially our children who will inherit the future.

#OWS is what is known as a 'hashtag'
for Occupied Wall Street ~ http://occupywallst.org/ ~on Twitter @OccupyWallSt: mass consciousness is being raised on a constant basis about the whole Occupied Wall Street phenomena. It is not your usual political movement. Its outward vagueness without any designated formal leadership helps us to better galvanize and stimulate our individual imagination in relation to how we can help our local Occupy Movement and the Resistance in general.

Actually what is considered a movement is not really a regular movement in the sense of its being a uniform unified body working together in melodic harmony. We all come to the occupy space with our own individual flaws, faults and foibles. We are striving to create a new world out of the decaying ruins of the old world and bring with us a constellation of character defects. We have to work on ourselves on a personal level, strive to build up our individual characters and at the same time do what we can to survive, to get along with others and to make it a better world for all of us.

We live in new times and face new situations not faced by previous generations. These new times have positive and negative aspects. A major impact on modern life as we know it is technology, communication devices and the increasing power of the Internet. Those who are online via the Internet are able to communicate to just about anyone on a global level who has the requisite communications technology. A part of our Liberation Movement should be to help bring about Internet Access for all of us. What if Che Guevara was on the Internet today?? New inventions create new terms and add new words to our own personal vocabulary. We must change with changing times.

In my humble opinion, all of us who consider ourselves as humane rights activists should unite on the basic of our humane needs with one kind of humane rights agenda or another. Our humane rights are bestowed upon us by the natural fact of our being creatures of the Creator.

Plus, our humane rights are given to us in a legal sense via the U.S. Bill of Rights ~
http://www.archives.gov/national-archives-experience/charters/bill_of_rights.html ~
and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights ~ http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/~.

It is important for us to comprehend that these humane rights are our inherited natural rights first bestowed us by virtue of our being humane beings, not given to us by any White racist forefathers or by any imperfect mortals suffering from ego-complexes. Our humane rights are bestowed upon us by the Creator as Creatures of the Creator. For example, I have the right to my own opinion.

Political activists of any wing or stripe can disagree with each other about countless matters, but there is a universal agreement about our basic humane rights. We have the right to survive and the right to have our basic survival needs met: food, clothing, shelter, health care and quality education. It is our common survival needs that help form the foundation for our identity and unity with each other as humane beings.

For a long time I have been a humane rights advocate and progressive activist. I never can do enough to help others. I take the time to do what I can to help others in my life on a personal level in my own way. At the same time, I continue to work on my own inner self as a humane being in relation to my personal spiritual growth and evolution. At 60-Earth years I have seen a lot of comings and goings. Plus I actually remember a lot about the early struggles of the 60s and 70s ~especially during my sprees of sobriety!

Our collective humane liberation struggle for humane rights involves a cluster of many causes, campaigns and social issues that are all interconnected with each other in one way, at one level and in one dimension or another. We are one humane family of humankind. Despite family feuds in the form of wanton wars or ruthless regional conflicts, we remain one endangered species of life upon Mother Earth. We are humane by our very nature in terms of our having care, concern and compassion for all living beings ~yet our inherent humaneness has been flogged and filtered out of us by our being born into and raised in a dark dog-eat-dog animalistic world. We have as much claim to a truly humane civilization as a pack of rabid dogs or worse. No other species of life kills each other in wars as so-called civilized beings do in this so-called civilization. We have far to go in our evolution as a species of life if we do not self-destruct before.

Christians consider the world as an evil fallen world and us as fallen people. Yes, there is evil and evil seems to rule supreme in the world. Nevertheless, we are born into the world as infants who are innocent and ignorant without original sin. I do not subscribe to any fanatical outlook on the world ~be it of Christian, Muslim or atheist origin. Right away sensitivities are riled up here and our religious defense mechanisms spring up. God save me from religious converters!

If I have a belief in any religion it is the religion of revolution. Revolution is the ultimate solution for our social problems. I support the concept of global socialist democracy and oppose all forms of greedy corporativism. For there to be a chance at any solvent socialism in the world today it must be global and in power, not merely local where it can be isolated and destroyed. A relevant global revolution in the world would be a great global leap forward for the evolution of humanity.

I strongly support the Occupy Wall Street Resistance Movement. It states on its website
http://occupywallst.org/

"Occupy Wall Street is leaderless resistance movement with people of many colors, genders and political persuasions. The one thing we all have in common is that We Are The 99% that will no longer tolerate the greed and corruption of the 1%. We are using the revolutionary Arab Spring tactic to achieve our ends and encourage the use of nonviolence to maximize the safety of all participants.

This #ows movement empowers real people to create real change from the bottom up. We want to see a general assembly in every backyard, on every street corner because we don't need Wall Street and we don't need politicians to build a better society. The only solution is World Revolution."

Before #OWS the progressive movement inside the United States was almost non-existent without any kind of united front against the evil powers in the world. Yes, there is evil in the world. It is natural that many organizations, groups and individuals got on the bandwagon with #OWS with their own issues, causes and agendas. #OWS has been like manna from heaven for many of us who felt the general liberation movement was stagnant without a focal point. We must do what we can to support our local Occupy Space, expand its presence and interconnect it all with other core issues. For example, it is important for us to build up a United Front Against Fascism as Amerikan Fascism is now 'in power and secure'.

My main agenda has long been a humane rights agenda. Humane rights are natural rights. I support the humane rights of all oppressed people, the humane rights of immigrants, the humane rights of prisoners, the humane rights of homeless refugees and humane rights for all in general.

There has been criticism of #OWS for it being a leaderless movement without a set list of demands and with a kind of style that reminds one of borderline anarchy. However, the #OWS way seems to be an open inclusive way as it allows individuals to participate without being drafted into any kind of formal membership and stimulates general consensus at its General Assemblies ~a form of democratic centralism. The truth is that many people do not want to openly and publicly profess their personal positions on global matters because of a fear of self-exposure. Many hide behind the self-identity of being anonymous. Ideally, we do need vanguard leadership, disciplined organization and basic community infrastructure. Where are our central city communes??

It is certain that we live in a kind of prison planet. Many people are afraid of breaking out of the prison cells they have created in their own minds. In fact, one of the main aspects of fascism is its inculcating paranoid fear into the mass psychology of people. Once the vast masses overcome their instilled fear of fascism then we will be able to move forward together in decisive fashion for our own freedom from hunger in the misery of poverty, freedom from the modern-day concentration camps called prisons and freedom from fear in an often frightening world.

We require global revolution by any means necessary, by any means that are mandatory in order to us to survive and succeed. Always remember that revolution entails the seizure of state power and a transformation of property relations: the 99% VS. the 1% of the general population. Ideally, we must strive to exhaust all legal, peaceful and non-violent methods of struggle. This should not mean that we make a whole philosophy out of non-violence. We strive for a peaceful revolution ~yet we must not be under any dumb delusions or have any idiot illusions as to the vicious ways of authoritarian state fascism. Whatever happens, we must uphold our sacred right to self-defense when we are unjustly attacked by anyone. We strive to always be true to our core humane ideals. Unfortunately, connected reality is not governed by our subjective ideals. The best laid plans of mice and men often fall apart into broken pieces on the ground.

Present-day society is a connected global society mainly composed of the 99% of the 'haves' vs. the 1% of the 'have-nots'. We are the vast majority of the global population and our cause for true total peace on Earth is just, correct and legitimate.

Sacramento, California is a City-County jurisdiction. At Occupy Sacramento ~on Twitter @OccupySacto ~ the occupation is centered downtown at Cesar Chavez Plaza Park located in a square city block at 910 'I' Street. Occupy Sacramento has still not been allowed to legally camp out overnight in the Park by City authorities, despite numerous arrests and protests at City Hall Meetings. This is indicative of the authoritarian complex of the unjust power structure. If local authorities were smarter, politically astute and truly democratic they would allow for the creative expression of people who are exercising their right to peacefully assemble and express their legitimate grievances. Sacramento is lauded as the heart of California. Clearly the City of Sacramento does not have the heart to support social justice among its own citizens.

One of our major campaigns should involve Voter Education and Voter Registration. Those elected officials who fail to actively and openly support the Occupy Movement must be voted out of office come the next election, including POTUS Barak Obama!

Repression breeds resistance! Join the Resistance! Occupy Sacramento and the Occupy Movement in general are here to stay!

Venceremos! ~Che Peta
